Great location near restaurants and attractions. Comfortable and clean room for a city stay. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. The friendly staff and convenient check-in made the stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, causing discomfort during the night. The customer service could have been improved, as there was confusion during our stay and we had trouble reaching someone for assistance.

Like: Enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables, plus the kids loved the trampoline. Good location close to restaurants and with a swimming pool. Breakfast included was a plus. Dislike: Beds were too hard and uncomfortable and the pillows weren't great. No one at reception spoke English and the door closed at midnight with no warning. A bit disappointed with the lunch we bought and preferred to eat out. Overall not the best experience for a Christmas vacation.

We had a great stay! Best aspects included complimentary breakfast, swimming pool and kid-friendly facilities such as ping pong table & trampoline. Lunch option available at the hotel, but we preferred restaurants nearby. We appreciated the staff providing a tiny screwdriver to fix my glasses.

the breakfast was included, and there were ping pong and foosball tables, trampoline, and a swimming pool available for families with children. the staff was friendly and even provided us with a screwdriver when a minor issue occurred. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious with nice amenities. Its location was perfect, with many nearby restaurants and cafes.

The hotel was understaffed, which made it difficult to communicate with reception effectively.
